Another product we are looking forward to introducing to the IMTS crowd this year is our Vacu-Valve. This Trickle Valve System is one of our most talked about products. The Vacu-Valve is a cost-effective solution to troublesome rotary valves. It comes in two designs, the open construction of the Platypus and the closed construction of the Armadillo. Trickle valves are the most economical way to manage dust discharged from bag filters or cyclones under negative pressure. The fitted duckbill sleeve adjusts to the desired vacuum and material is continuously discharged. It requires no controls, lubrication or power supply and easily handles abrasive materials. This trickle valve can be used in higher temperature applications as well. There are a multitude of duckbill sleeves that can be selected to better suit the application the Vacu-Valve will be used in.

We will have a table top demonstration of our Vacu-Valve at IMTS. Stop on by booth E-5836 and ask Dan or Cole any questions you have about this unique material handling valve!
