A manufacturing company in AL needed a way to effectively collect Bentonite dust. The company has been using bag houses to resolve their dust problem, and needed a valve for the airlock. Having already experienced the effectiveness of Aerodyne’s Vacu-Valve in other applications, the company once again turned to Aerodyne’s Dan Navicky for advice on this dusty issue.

Dan suggested that the company use the Vacu-Valve Armadillo. This trickle valve system is the perfect fit for the company due to the fact that the Vacu-Values do not suffer the same problem of jamming and locking as commonly used rotary values. The Vacu-Valve is the perfect fit because the product does not need controls, lubrication or a power supply. Furthermore, the valve’s high divisibility due to its multitude of duckbill sleeves and high temperate applicability made the Vacu-Valve perfect for the company. After having used the product, the company praises the valve’s functionality and effectiveness of the product, and looks forward to working with Aerodyne in the future.
